Notes:
1.An additional 30-50 percent will be charged for very urgent documents.
2.Word counting: Counted as per "character number (blank space excluded)" in the toolbar of Microsoft Word. If a lot of tables and pictures are to be designed, the number of words shall be properly increased as per the actual workload. For convenience, word counting is based on source document.
3.Specified typeset may request an extra charge.
4.Delivery will be made electronically by email, and also a free printed copy of the translated version can be provided at the customers request.
Remark: For customers outside mainland China, an additional charge of approximately 15% of the above price will be applied for VAT.

Notes:
1. An additional 30% will be charged for "out-of-town" interpretation. The related travel and accommodation costs will be borne by the client.
2. Prices above are quoted per day (up to 8 hrs, overtime fee for additional work over 8 hrs = price per day/8 hrs 〜 1.5).
3. Services less than 4 hours shall be paid on the basis of half a day. The price for half a day is 60% of the price for a whole day.
4. In general, each day of simultaneous interpretation will be completed by two interpreters as a pair.

Service representatives signing contracts
Customer service representatives at Xunzhou will consult with you about our translation service, then send mails, faxes, emails, online orders, etc Then sign service agreements or translation confirmation.

The client sends his source document to Xunzhou.

Operation department appoints the translators
1. Firstly analyze the industry that the source document comes from. Then appoint one or more translators with specific industrial experience.
2. Arrange senior translators to proofread.
3. Confirm time of delivery.

Translation
Translators collect clients specific terms and proceed with the 9 steps of translation process.

Proofreading
Proofreaders make evaluations and comments about the translation.

Project proofread
Project managers or franchisee managers made reviews and the vocabulary bank is produced, translators shall upload clients specific terms for reference for the next document.

Delivery
Xunzhou print and bind these documents and send them to clients by express delivery or email etc.. Clients receive final translated documents |
Interpretation service process
1.Transferring resumes according to client¨s requirements and providing quotations.
2.Select interpreters.
3.Xunzhou¨s interpreters provide services whilst carrying a "Xunzhou Employee's Card".
4.After completion of the service, the client fill in the "Return Receipt of Service Satisfaction", which will be fed back to the company by the interpreters.
5.Clients can also make comments via our website.
Work requirements of Xunzhou interpreters
1.Interpreters must communicate on terms and common expressions with clients in advance.
2.Interpreters must arrive at agreed location in advance.
3.Interpreters must wear formal clothing during service.
4.Interpreters must wear the Xunzhou Employee's Card during their work.
5.After completion of the service, clients will be required to fill in the "Return Receipt of Service Satisfaction", which will be fed back to the company by the interpreters |
